Advance Booking: Guests are encouraged to book in advance to secure their preferred room type and date.
Confirmation: Reservations are confirmed only upon receipt of a booking confirmation email or SMS from the hotel.
Payment Options: We accept payments through major credit/debit cards, UPI, net banking, and cash. Corporate bookings may be eligible for invoice-based payment terms (subject to prior approval).
Advance Payment: A minimum of 50% advance payment is required to confirm reservations for rooms or banquet/event hall bookings. Full payment is to be settled before or at the time of check-in.
Group Bookings: Bulk or group bookings (more than 5 rooms) require a minimum of 75% advance.
Early Check-in: Subject to availability. Additional charges may apply if check-in is before 8:00 AM.
Late Check-out: Allowed up to 2 hours post check-out time, subject to availability. Beyond this, half-day or full-day room charges may apply.
ID Proof Requirement: All guests must present valid government-issued photo identification (Aadhar Card, Passport, Voter ID, or Driver’s License) at check-in.
Free Cancellation: Bookings cancelled more than 48 hours before check-in are eligible for a full refund.
Partial Refund: Cancellations made between 24–48 hours before check-in will incur a cancellation fee of 25% of the booking amount.
No Refund: No refunds will be made for cancellations within 24 hours of check-in or for no-shows.
Banquet/Event Bookings: Cancellation within 7 days of the event is non-refundable. Postponement requests may be accommodated at the hotel's discretion based on availability.

No Smoking: Smoking is prohibited in all enclosed areas of the hotel. Designated smoking zones are available.
Pets: Pets are not allowed on the property.
Visitors: Non-resident guests are not allowed in guest rooms after 9:00 PM.
Conduct: Guests are expected to maintain decorum. Any misconduct or damage to property will result in immediate eviction and applicable charges.
Guest Belongings: The hotel is not liable for loss or theft of personal belongings left unattended in rooms or public areas. Guests are advised to use in-room safes (if available).
Force Majeure: The hotel shall not be liable for failure to fulfill obligations due to causes beyond its control (natural calamities, strikes, government restrictions, etc.).
Damage to Property: Guests will be held responsible for any intentional damage caused to hotel property, and charges will be levied accordingly.
Service Interruptions: While every effort is made to provide uninterrupted amenities, the hotel is not liable for disruptions due to power failures, maintenance, or unforeseen technical issues.
